Romeo & Juliet

The setting is the recent riots in London, two families are at each others throats whilst looting TV'S and IPADS. Montague versus Capulet, old money versus new, east end versus west. They spew their hate onto the streets and on to their children. Misguided youth and mismanagement of teenage emotions combine to tell the greatest tragedy and the greatest love story of all time.

Jack Frost vs. The Sun Shine Kids

Welcome to the 70's and welcome to the funky sounds of The Sun Shine Kids. They rule the block with their slap bass and funky fat back beats BUT the king of cool is not impressed. Why does it always have to be Sun Shine this and Sun Shine that? What if we made it snow in the middle of summer - surely that would be great fun, everybody loves snow days, even the Queen - I wonder if she'd mind a little arty snow in Windsor this summer?

The Wind in The Willows

The tales of Ratty, Mole, Badger and Toad. When Mole goes boating with the Water Rat instead of spring-cleaning, he discovers a new world. As well as the river and the Wild Wood, there is Toad's craze for fast travel which leads him and his friends on a whirl of trains, barges, gipsy caravans and motor cars and even into battle.

Alan Bennett's version is true to the original and yet carries the distinctive Bennett hallmark.

The Taming of the Shrew

One of Shakespeare’s comedies, this play has often caused controversy with it’s apparent feminist undertones…

Baptista, a wealthy merchant of Padua, has two daughters: Katherina and Bianca. Because of Katherina’s shrewish disposition, her father has declared that no one shall wed Bianca until such time as Katherina has been married. Petruchio agrees to marry Katherina but immediately sets out to tame her through a series of increasingly worse tricks.

Aesop’s Fables: Retold

A fabulous and fun new musical commissioned by The Windsor Globe.

Aesop’s Fables refers to a collection of fables credited to Aesop, a slave and story-teller who lived in ancient Greece between 620 and 560 BC. His fables are some of the most well known in the world.

We present four of his fables in one brand new family musical show: The Hare and the Tortoise, The Dog and his Reflection, The Lion and the Mouse & The Traveller and Fortune.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream

The Windsor Globe presented an enchanting production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare as it's debut show. An extremely talented cast of young professionals, experienced performers and a community chorus took to the stage in all weathers to perform the comedy. It was both hilarious and moving just as Shakespeare intended.
